Our Mental Health IOP meets on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This mental health specific track helps clients manage their mental health symptoms, develop coping skills, and stabilize so they can function better in daily life. This level of care uses evidence-based methods like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and psychoeducation helping clients manage their mental health symptoms, develop coping skills, and stabilize so they can function better in daily life.
